200 mesh woven wire mesh introduction:
200 mesh plain weave stainless steel wire mesh including 200 wires and openings of 1 inch. Using 0.05mm diameter wire, by plain weaving, woven 200 mesh opening for 0.077mm liquid or gas filter. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.

Materials:
Stainless steel woven wire meshes are generally made of stainless steel Type 302,304,304L,316,316L,321 and 430 etc. Many different grades of stainless are used in wire cloth.T304 is the most common one, but others are also used in specific applications
Weaving Types:
Plain or Twilled Weave, Plain or Twilled Dutch Weave, Five heddle Weave, Reverse Plain or Twilled Dutch Weave
The weaving is determined according to our customers' specific requirements, such as the material, the wire diameter, the size of the mesh , width and length.

High tension, much higher tension than common polyester mesh,and this property is very suitable.

Low elongation: very small elongation of wire mesh at high tension.
High flexibility: the wire mesh will not lose elasticity at extreme tension.
High corrosion resistance: the excellent corronsion resistance of stainless steel wire exceeds polyester fiber.
Non-electrostatic: to avoid affects of nonelectrostatic for printing and ensure the ety of priting.
Good heat melting resistance:special features of steel wire mesh suitable for heta-melting ink.
Good solvent resistance: to avoid the affects of any solvents to wire mesh.
